Influencing RFMS Development
RFMS is under continual development, and many of the enhancements we see coming through started out as ideas and suggestions from users. In fact last year the Community website was introduced as a way of sharing ideas we might have as users directly with the development team. Ideas shared in the community can be viewed, commented on, and voted on, giving developers a good idea of where they should be spending their time.
We need our clients in Australia and New Zealand to be active in the RFMS community.
If you have an idea, or suggestion, or if you just want to see what ideas are under discussion, go to rfmsinc.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/topics. Click on an RFMS module to browse through all current suggestions for that module. If you see something you agree with, comment and vote it up. It’s worth noting that votes with comments have more weight than just a vote.
If you want to add a suggestion, click New Post and add your suggestion starting with a header briefly outlining the suggestion. In the body of the post, the more fully you outline the business case for the development, the more likely it will be supported and go on to be developed.
If all this looks daunting and time consuming, let us know and we can come online to give you some training in using the site and we will even help you post your suggestion.
