For the investment you have made in RFMS and Measure, you want to be getting maximum benefit out of these business tools.

The initial training you had to get you going with RFMS or Measure was just that, enough to get you going. Beyond the basics lie hidden depths of functionality that you are possibly not fully aware of.

The group webinars and videos available online are good to give you an idea of the functionality that you might not be yet using, and we hope that out of these you will get some ideas and suggestions that you can implement right away, without the need for training. However, webinars and ad hoc support are no substitute for the training needed to progressively implement and benefit from improved usage of RFMS and Measure.

There are two obstacles to implementing training. The first is time, and the second is justifying the cost.

In respect of time, we will train at a time that suits you, and we can break the training down into periods of 30 minutes so as not to encroach too much on your day.

In respect to cost, well, there will be a cost, but only if you are happy with the results. We want to make training a risk-free proposition for you. We believe in the value of training, but we will give you a full refund if you feel that it was not worthwhile for you. Training is $150.00 per hour (GST exc.), with discounts for bundles of hours. If at any time within 30 days of training you feel that the training hasn’t been helpful to advance your business goals, we will refund you in full.

We will put together an appropriate training plan, and then you can be the judge; if the training has not been helpful, the training cost will be refunded.

RFMS and Measure are fundamental business tools for our clients; training to use them better is a small cost to improve their use and to improve your business. And no-risk.
