Why You Should be Using Schedule Pro

 

Firstly, we should recognise that our installer resources are a valuable commodity; any time we cause them to waste or gaps in our schedule is installation time that we will not get back. Also, our installers, particularly our contractors, want to make the most of their time; the better we manage the work we give them, the more likely they will want to contract to us rather than our competitor.

There are a number of tools we see used for managing installations when we visit flooring stores. They usually range from a diary (with pages crackling with White Out) to whiteboards or calendar apps like Google or Outlook.

As an RFMS client, you have access to Schedule Pro. Previously, it was an add-on module, but it is now included as part of the Core RFMS package at no additional cost.
