Using Email Templates in RFMS

One of the challenges we have is staying in touch with our customers; whether it’s staying in touch with a prospective customer over the course of the sales process, or thanking a customer for their business on the completion of a job, most of us recognise that we could do it better.

The obstacle is the question of what do we write? Generally, we have no problem with purchasing a greeting card to congratulate someone on some event in their life, or wishing them well if they are in hospital. Very few of us have the confidence to take a blank sheet of paper and do the same. Email templates are the greeting card we can use in our business to make it easier for us and for our staff to communicate with our customers.

Email templates can provide us with what we want to communicate, and then we can personalise it as appropriate.

Email templates are also a great tool for communicating with groups of clients. If we have a sales event coming up, RFMS will allow us to filter for clients, and then send them all the same email advising them of the event. We might filter on quotes issued in the past three months, but not converted.
